Liability Claims Manager

The Liability Claims Manager is responsible for managing Troon's non-employment liability claims and outside litigation from first notice through resolution. Reporting to the Executive Vice President & General Counsel, the Liability Claims Manager oversees outside counsel, directs claim strategy, sets and maintains claim reserves, and negotiates settlements. This role is central to protecting the company's financial and legal interests. It demands sound judgment, disciplined follow-through, and clear, timely communication so that leadership and stakeholders always understand claim status, exposure, and next steps.
