Responsible for working with business process owners, stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, define requirements, review software solutions and provide recommendations related to Troon’s UKG HRIS employment platform and processes that supports 35000 active US employees. Serves as a liaison between business process owners, users, technical teams and vendors during the evaluation of system issues and complex business problems in order to implement innovative solutions and process automation.
